By accessing or using Kumoprep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Kumoprep offers subscription-based services. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team.

5. Use of Content

All content provided on Kumoprep, including quizzes, flashcards, and study materials, is for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

Users must interact respectfully within the Kumoprep community. Harassment, abusive language, or sharing inappropriate content will result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Kumoprep is the property of Kumoprep or its licensors. You may not use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kumoprep is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee success in exams. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our platform.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services like Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for website performance. These services have their own terms and policies. Kumoprep is not responsible for their actions.

10. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to keep our platform operational and updated. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or frequent content updates. Service features may be added, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable federal and state laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
